In this episode we take a deeper look at Army and Bannister's press conferences from the offseason regarding their thoughts on the teams performance and at the time, the coaching search that would be taking place. With that decision being made less than 2 weeks later we felt it was prudent to go back, rewatch and share our thoughts on their assessment of the teams performance and the plan going ahead.
Army's presser covers topics like overall team performance, how they'll be managing the future group of prospects seemingly knocking on the doorstep, where we are at in the rebuild, and takes questions about the coaching search in which he confirms Bannister is a finalist.
As for Bannisters presser, he gives a lot of thanks to the organization for this opportunity even though it was never guaranteed he'd be brought back, and also the players for rallying around his message. Other topics include where he feels the team fell short and what his plans are for the future of the team.
